To achieve our objectives, we made it the company’s policy to apply the general principles of:
Respecting contract regulations and existing laws;
Respecting the selected Quality Assurance: ISO 9001:2008;
Obtainment of the specified Quality standard at the lowest cost;
Structured quality and safety training of all roles at every level;
Monitoring feasibility, compliance and effectiveness of the QMS through internal and external inspection tests
Periodical reexamination of the System, the objectives and the policy, together with the Management Reexamination.
Application of the aforementioned policy implies that the Company’s main Quality System is documented in the Quality Log, which is to be kept always updated, so as to represent the intents of the Company with regards to the application of Quality management as well as to serve as the basis for Assessment and Certification by both Customers and National and/or International appointed Authorities.
Quality Policy has to be an integral part of each level within the Company’s organizational structure; it is therefore given to all possessors of the Quality Log and to all the staff. Moreover, it is included in staff training courses, particularly when newly hired.
